注意代码中使用了HttpContext.Current.Server.UrlDecode()方法,该方法在开发web程序时没问题,但在开发winform应用程序时报错:未将对象引用到对象的实例。若要在winform程序中使用,修改为HttpUtility.UrlDecode()即可,注意编码。
UrlEncode同理!
PHP端与C#端的编码应保持一致!
